NTC totally reject the news published in a section of media mentioning that NTC has retained Rs. 66.609 Million under Sales Tax payable to FBR.


The report is based on the audit para published in AGP Annual Report 2017-18. NTC has submitted its reply to DAC which has been accepted by DAC during its meeting held on 22 January, 2018. However the Telecom Industry has taken a stay order on the subject matter and the matter is subjudice. Final decision will be taken on the order of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
