My Zong App’- Upgraded with Exciting offers

In a bid to augment customer experience, Zong 4G, Pakistan’s leading cellular and digital service provider, has upgraded its self-service app.

To meet the ever-changing needs of its customers, Zong 4G has added several new features that make My Zong App more than just a self-service app. With the addition of these new offerings, My Zong app is set to become a one-stop-shop for the customers.

To facilitate our users and provide value to them, one of the exciting new features on the MZA is Zong 4G’s partnership with GoLootlo. The partnership allows our customers to avail of exclusive discounts for an array of services and products through the app. Moreover, with the addition of a daily rewards program, users now have a chance of winning free MBs through an exciting game every day.

The new upgrade of MZA has introduced detailed postpaid billing which was not available on the previous versions of the app and was one of the most sought-after features as per the user feedback. Furthermore, the app now brings all recent app or company-related updates under the ‘Latest’ menu, making it easier for users to find all updates in one place.

For an enhanced engagement and learning of the users, the My Zong App now features infotainment and Islamic portals within the app. Furthermore, new and exciting widgets (for Android users) have also made their way to the latest version.

“Amid the pandemic, customers find it more convenient to use apps for paying bills, making purchases, and availing discounts. To ensure that Zong 4G customers enjoy all our services and products while practicing social distancing protocols, we have updated the MyZong app to cater to the evolving customer needs. As a customer-centric company, Zong 4G has not only added innovative features to the app but has also improved the app based on customer feedback.”

As a company that believes in innovation and world-class customer experience, Zong 4G is geared to meet the needs of its customers who are spending more time indoors amid these testing times due to an unprecedented global health crisis. The company is confident that the improvements to the MyZong app will make customers’ home time better and more productive.
